THE HIDEOUT RESTAURANT BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen The HideOut for your next dining adventure. Our Tex-Mex table is always set with big flavours, warm hospitality, and a whole lot of Southern Highlands charm.

To keep everything running as smoothly as our margaritas, here's the fine print.

GENERAL BOOKINGS


All bookings are subject to availability - we love a full house, but we hate to turn anyone away, so book early. We do accept walk-ins during trading hours but we may not have a table for you right away, however you are always welcome to enjoy a cocktail at our bar while you wait to enjoy our southern hospitality.

Groups of 8 amigos or more, a 10% service charge applies (because looking after a fiesta takes extra love).

Please let us know any dietary needs when booking - we will always do our best to make sure everyone leaves happy and full with delicious Tex-Mex meals prepared fresh daily in our kitchen, we are always happy to revise our menu items to your dietary and allergy needs, please do not be afraid to ask.

We're a full licensed cantina - that means NO BYO. Trust us, our bar has you covered with an extensive wine, non-alcoholic beverage as well as our in-house cocktail menu with over 60+ cocktails!​

SURCHARGES

10% surcharge on Saturdays and Sundays - weekends bring the party, and a little extra spice.
10% surcharge on Public Holidays - our team deserves some love for working on your day off.​

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

For large groups and private bookings - a deposit will be required to secure your spot.
Deposits will be applied to your final bill - as easy as queso dip!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Give us 7 days' notice and we will return your deposit (100% fully refundable)
Cancel within 48 hours and any prepaid service, hire charge, deposit will be non-refundable.

Our 48-hour cancellation policy keeps our kitchen prepped and ready ensuring that our team is ready to serve you with their southern charm, minimising wastage of fresh and local produce and allowing us to welcome other guests with open arms and a warm and friendly smile every time.

GROUPS AND FUNCTION BOOKINGS

For bookings of 20 guests or more please complete our group booking enquiry form.
Minimum spends may apply depending on your group size, day of the week and whole venue hire.

By confirming your booking, you’re saying sí, señorita to these terms.
