WHAT YOU NEED

No experience required, minimal experience is preferred so we can train you in our Southern-Style Hospitality approach to service with a smile.

A can-do attitude is important for all of our team members to support one another, we are a small team and you will need to work together, one moment you will be front of house, next wait staffing and then working in the kitchen adding finishing touches!

Mittagong & Goulburn

Vacancy: Hospitality All-Rounders  (Casual)

Do you have a big smile, a can-do attitude, and a love for people? Then come join our HideOut crew, where every shift feels like a fiesta!

 

We’re on the lookout for several Hospitality All-Rounder (casuals) to join our small but mighty Tex-Mex family at The HideOut Bar & Grill in both Mittagong and Goulburn. No specific hospitality experience is required, what matters most is your energy, willingness to learn, and team spirit. You are not required to work at both locations we are genuinely looking to grow our team at both locations, so apply and let us know which location you want to work so we can consider your application!

WHO YOU ARE​

 

  • Over 18 years old (RSA essential, safe food handling a bonus)

  • Friendly, reliable, and ready to deliver service with a smile

  • A true team player, willing to jump in wherever needed

  • Flexible and happy to work evenings and weekends

  • Keen to learn, from taking orders to shaking cocktails

  • Interested in working at Mittagong (and/or) Goulburn restaurant locations

  • Have your own transport (not required, but may be of benefit if you want to work at both locations)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

Every day is different at The HideOut! You’ll:

 

  • Welcome guests and deliver warm, Tex-Mex–style hospitality

  • Work front of house taking orders and serving food & drinks

  • Learn the art of cocktail making (we’ve got over 60 cocktails for you to master!) 🍹

  • Support with closing down the restaurant and cleaning after service

  • Jump in where needed - because that’s what family does
